No Data Displays in ROI Report

ISSUE DESCRIPTION:

Steps to replicate condition:
1. Log into Client Portal also known as the Administrative Control Panel.
2. Go to Reports
3. Select ROI
4. Select ROI Text
5. Select all knowledgebases and all dates and select the correct target Knowlegebase portal.
6. Enter example cost like: 2.50
7. Enter example Percentage of: 05
8. Select Search, no Table results are returned with any data in the results

ROOT CAUSE:

Programmatic Issue

SOLUTION OR WORK AROUND:

Please upgrade the system to 9.0.2. No minifix is available for this issue as a DLL needed to be rebuilt to resolve this issue.

AFFECTED SYSTEMS & USERS:

Internal users that run the ROI report.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

This issue is resolved 9.0.2.
