Article Suggestion Notification Received When Option is Disabled.

For Portal Style 4 when the Suggestion Notification Email function is enabled, the notification email is sent using the formatting and email address configured under Portal Customization>Article Display>Edit Content.


Yet, when the option is disabled, a generic notification is still sent, but is sent to the system email address configured under Administration>System Settings>KB System Email Address:

 

Disabling the Suggestion Notification Email option only changes which recipient gets the notification and the format in which it's written. It does not eliminate the notification.

NOTE: This issue does not occur under portal styles 1, 2, or 3; where disabling the notification eliminates it entirely.
