Replication Steps
- Log into Administrative Knowledgebase Portal
- Go to Reports
- Select Content
- Select Articles
- Select All under the Knowledgebase section
- Next select All Dates Under Create Dates
RESOLVED IN:
Knowledgebase 9.0.1 hotfix 3
If an upgrade is not possible at this time, please contact support for a workaround solution.
