ISSUE DESCRIPTION:

Internal user attempts to create a brand new article.  As soon as "new article" is click from any point in the application they receive the error message:
The database configurations for the KB application have not been set properly

RESOLVED IN:

9.2

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

This normally will occur if the quota of articles is exceeded in the system.  You should contact your sales account manager immediately.  Also if you encounter additional issues please refer to internal tracking number TFS 64679 when contacting the Moxie Technical Support team.
