Receive the error message Could not load file or assembly "SSPI.dll" or one of its dependencies
ROOT CAUSE:
SOLUTION OR WORK AROUND:
Do the following on the Knowledgebase Application Server.
1. Go to the following location:
:\WINDOWS\Microsoft.NET\Framework\v1.1.4322
2. Find the following dll and copy it:
DLL: msvcr71.dll
3. Copy the DLL into the following location:
:\WINDOWS\system32
4. Restart IIS
or on a 64 bit OS
Do the following on the Knowledgebase Application Server.
1. Go to the following location:
:\WINDOWS\Microsoft.NET\Framework\v1.1.4322
2. Find the following dll and copy it:
DLL: msvcr71.dll
3. Copy the DLL into the following location:
C:\Windows\SysWOW64
4. Restart IIS
