ISSUE DESCRIPTION:

When accessing articles from Portals, the count in Article viewed differs from the Count shown in Article hit report.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

The count is not getting updated after viewing the Article in portals.

This behavior can be modified by following these steps on the affected computer:

   1. Launch Application server.   
   2. Go to $:\<Path>\KnowledgeBase.Net\knowledgebase\applicationprogram\ui\http\KBPortal\bin   
   3. Copy the files KBAPI.pdb and KBAPI.dll in that folder, Ensure there is a backup of these files.
   4. Reset the IIS.
