Error in Internal Users Page

ISSUE DESCRIPTION:

While there are many number of internal users and when we try to navigate to next page of the list of internal users, an error message is thrown.


ROOT CAUSE:

Count field error in the index.aspx file

SOLUTION OR WORK AROUND:

This behavior can be solved by following the steps on the affected system.

   1. Launch the Application server   
   2. Go to <Drive>\Programfiles\KnowledgeBase.Net\knowledgebase\applicationprogram\ui\http\ClientPortal\admin\user   
   3. Copy the Index.aspx and editUser.aspx into the specified folder. Ensure to make a backup of these files.   
   4. Reset the IIS.
