Windows XP is no longer supported by Microsoft or Oracle/Java. Moxie no longer tests our products on Windows XP.
Accordingly, Moxie can only provide limited assistance for Moxie products running on Windows XP. Issues that are Windows XP specific and do not occur on supported versions of Windows will not be corrected by Moxie. Moxie Support requires the customer to demonstrate an issue reproduces on a supported version of Windows prior to Moxie investigating the issue.
