Unable to Open Attachments from Emails Listed in the Customer History Page

ISSUE DESCRIPTION:

When in the Agent Client Email Reply Editor and clicking on an attachment in Unified Customer History (UCH), Agent client freezes and the below download error is displayed.


Clicking on the OK button in the Download Error dialog, opens the attachment as a blank page. 

Note: This issue has been noted in instances with SSL enabled.

This issue has been fixed in Moxie Channels 9.4 CU5.

Agents responsible for processing emails.
