HTML Tags Displayed in Search Results

ISSUE DESCRIPTION:
HTML tags are displayed in the search results. Additionally, the search results styling is incorrect.
ROOT CAUSE:
This issue occurs when a malformed HTML article or template has been imported into the knowledgebase. All articles and templates must be well formed with opening and closing html, head, and body tags.
SOLUTION OR WORK AROUND:
Review articles and templates to ensure they are well formed with opening and closing html, head, and body tags.
AFFECTED SYSTEMS & USERS:
All users of Portal Style 4 (PS4) and the Responsive Portal.
