Moxie has made a strategic decision to migrate some components of our infrastructure platform to Amazon Web Services (AWS). This decision will provide infrastructure improvements and scalability to continue to deliver fast, secure and reliable service. Beginning Q1 of 2018 we will start migrating our Concierge, Knowledge 10 and Disaster Recovery Services to AWS.
We’ve addressed some of the common questions regarding the migration below, but please feel free to reach out to your Customer Success representative if you have further inquiries.
Q. How does it impact our data and security?
A. Your data and content is protected using the same security controls and audited processes.
A. AWS has equivalent security controls and certifications as Moxie’s current hosting provider including ISO27001, PCI and HIPAA.
Q. What changes will I see that may impact me?
A. The URL / domain name you use to access Moxie services will not change.
A. The IP Address for Moxie services will change. This will only impact you if you are using Moxie IP addresses in any of your infrastructure (white list, VPN, etc.).
Q. What if I have a VPN?
A. We will contact you with updated information to setup the new VPN on the new network.
A. See “VPN Setup” in the table below
