Autonomy DIH Uninstall Instructions

PROCESS:
Please note, these instructions vary depending upon the patch version of 9.4.
9.4.0 - 9.4.10 Autonomy DIH Uninstall Instructions
- Open Autonomy DIH -> setup.exe and Run as "administrator"
 - Select remove
 - Wait for the un-installation to complete
 - Restart the system if required.
 
After uninstallation:
- Go to windows services -> right click on AutonomyDIH and stop
 - Delete AutonomyDIH service from server
 - Open command prompt as administrator -> "sc delete AutonomyDIH"
 - Verify the service is removed
 - Delete <programs path>\Autonomy\IDOLServer\DIH folder
 - Remove below entries from <programs path>\shared.config file

<add key="autonomyServicePort" value="16002"/>
 - Change <programs path>\Autonomy\IDOLServer\ConnectorFramework\AutonomyConnectorFramework.cfg

ACIPort = 9000 (From 16000)
 - Restart Service AutonomyConnectorFramework
 - Reset IIS
 
9.4.11 and later Autonomy DIH Uninstall Instructions
- Open Autonomy DIH -> setup.exe and Run as "administrator"
 - Select remove
 - Wait for the un-installation to complete
 - Restart the system if required.
 
After uninstallation
- Verify service "AutonomyDIH" is removed from windows services
 - Verify <programs path>\Autonomy\IDOLServer\DIH folder is removed
 - Remove below entries from <programs path>\shared.config file

<add key="autonomyServicePort" value="16002"/>
 - Change <programs path>\Autonomy\IDOLServer\CFS\cfs.cfg

ACIPort = 9000 (From 16000)
 - Restart Service CFS
 - Reset IIS
