Customers may submit GDPR data redaction requests to Moxie in accordance with Moxie’s established procedures.  Below are the types of  interaction data Moxie will redact from the corresponding application databases when responding to such requests, in each case, based on customer supplied interaction IDs.

Note: Not every application instance will contain all of the listed types of data, as the data stored in a given application’s database is configurable by the customer.
